We had a sticky front door lock that was getting really difficult to open easily. I spoke to Steve about the problem, he came around to see the lock for himself and went through different replacement options and prices on the same day. An easy and efficient service.

Great experience all round from Steve. In touch out of hours within a very short time after posting the job and came out the next day to do the work. Fixed the lock very quickly and also tightened the door hinges that had cause the (heavy) door to rub against the door frame as the root cause of the damage to the handle. Great guy, highly recommended.

Steve messaged me straight away when we needed our front door fixed. We were unable to open the door and he came at our earliest convenience. He was very honest about costing and checked with me before going ahead with any work. He arrived on time and was easy to talk to, I can’t recommend him enough!

Steve understood exactly why and how the door handle needed changing. From a site visit on Friday, the work was done on Monday. Really pleased.
