I was very happy with the service I receivd and was very happy with the results - a laptop minus bugs andan operable printer

Jaison was very quick to respond to my Checkatrade post and kept me informed about his ETA. He isolated what he was sure the problem was (a conflict between the inbuilt Windows Defender and my installed BitDefender software). He insisted that I shouldn't be charged his full rate, which was generous of him. Unfortunately, I've once again lost my ethernet connection, so I'm waiting for him to get back to me.

Fast and efficient, came and done the job same day. Very reasonable pricing, I would recommend

Great communication and easy to agree a price and suitable time. The engineer was a real gentleman and his work was excellent. Would definitely recommend
