  Helpful, polite, professional and tidy.

This is the second time I have had call to engage with the services of Brian and Inavent. On first impressions it would seem like a small job that some would turn down but Brian responded in record time. I had a new kitchen mixer tap that required fitting, which in itself seems simple enough, but the existing one had been in place for 27 years so was not giving up easily. Any issues were overcome and the new tap fitted in a totally professional and efficient manner, and at a very reasonable price. Inavents No. definitely entrenched in my phone book.

  Quality!

I asked Brian from Inavent Ltd to take over our refurbishment of our bathroom. It needed an expert eye and Brian with Darren his right hand man did a wonderful job. Their quote with a work sheet was very detailed laying out exactly what needed to be done. From the start the floor space was protected and kept tidy. Darren’s attention to detail and the quality of his work could not have been better, and we are delighted with the result. If you want quality, top quality,we have no hesitation in recommending Brian and his team.

  Great business. Would highly recommend.

Very happy to recommend Brian. He has done quite a lot of work for both my mother and I on each of our flats over the years on plumbing and heating. Great communication. Always explains everything clearly. Gives us choice on the options. Gets the work done efficiently and to a high standard. Fairly priced. Brian goes out of his way to do his best for the customer. Top notch!

  Best Plumber In The Area.

What a top guy. I had a busted shower pump, which was a nightmare to source a replacement for. He sourced one for me, fitted it, cleaned the pipework got the whole shower working great. A year later, the pump starts acting up, he diagnosed the issue over the phone and came over to fix it the same day! He's a lovely guy, and does top notch work. I Highly recommend him!

It was a very pleasant experience

I had a leak that needed investigation because I couldn't find anything. A friend recommended me Brian. I am always cautious with new tradespeople because I always worry that some might take advantage of a clueless woman, but Brian was very honest, professional, explained everything clearly, and gave good dvice! Excellent service, my highest recommendation.
