They were on time, very detailed and spent a lot of time assessing the structure accurately, few days later full email report of structure and recommendations of how to reinforce to safely bare the weight of the new unvented cylinder, my installer was able to understand and follow the appropriate recommendations for the installation. When looking for a surveyor a lot of companies either refused due to the size of the job or wanted to survey the whole house or gave extremely high prices, Indies understood the task and kept to that. We needed calculation completed for removal of a chimney breast in our Victorian terrace. Indies came and visited, and provided the calculations in good time and even connected us with local tradespeople to quote for the next stage of the project. Will deformity be using indies again for future projects.

Talked through our plans, then he went and did his survey and calculations etc, came back with his recommendations and the next day we received the full structural calculations.
