Excellent service from Luke, coming back to me very quickly with a quote and speed in sending the trade out, approx 2hrs!! Trade was friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was with a leaking toilet and a new stop cock all done in an hour - brilliantly.

Luke and Oli showed up to replace my cylinder and they couldn’t of given a better service the communication was perfect so I was aware of what was going on they were very tidy and organised and did it in the timeframe they specified I can’t recommend a better company

All in all a pretty poor experience, they fixed the original issue but caused damage to further items while on the job. In fairness the main damage was completed and fixed free of charge but when noticing further problems i was ignored. Since the job was finished and the damaged was fixed, i have noticed even more problems caused by poor workmanship.

Professional quite polite worker . Came on time listened to what I needed and did the job thank you Luke.
