After being let down by a different plumber Luke was more than happy to step in and complete the work at short notice. His work is impeccable, clean & tidy. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We already have him booked in for more work. We would highly recommend Luke.

Were on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Boiler service was completed without any problems. We made them aware of an issue we were experiencing where our hot water was going hot and cold. They knew the cause straight away and sent a quote the same day. We booked for the work to be done a few days later. Great communication and we would definitely use them again.

Excellent and prompt response to my boiler enquiry. Luke arranged a visit within 24 hours and diagnosed the problems without any difficulty. He ordered some spare parts and came back 2 days later. I particularly liked the expert way he handled the problem on an aging Boiler without any further information. Really delighted. I have said on other reviews that no hesitation in recommending but in this case a perfect score.

Luka, James and Ollie were very polite and professional and came to our rescue to replace a leaking tank the day after I contacted Luke.

Prompt response to request for work followed up with next day attendance for a very straightforward tap connection which was completed without problem.

Turned up quickly for a gas leak I'd found, fixed it and found another which they also fixed.
