Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Firstly great communication and customer service, always prompt to respond, answering any questions I had, providing ongoing information and updates and making sure I'm happy with work carried out. Nick, who did the bulk of the work, did an outstanding job. He kept me informed, made sure I was aware of what was going on at any given time, was mindful of the surroundings (front and back gardens). Nick made made sure all safety measure were put in place and he left the premisses very tidy and clean. In short, I wholeheartedly recommend them! Brilliant!

Sain was professional, polite, cheerful and clear about what he was doing, how he was doing it and kept me updated with photos of progress throughout. He cleaned up beautifully after he had finishe. I’m really pleased with the work from first contact right through to completion. It was fast, clean and efficient. An honest service. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Start to finish, Infill were very efficient, friendly, and helpful. On the initial visit, a thorough survey was done for suitability and to establish cost. There was no pushy sales, simply a survey, a chat, answering some questions, and a 'we will come back to you with a quote'. Upon receiving and agreeing the quote, a date was put in the calendar, with payment to be made after work completed. On the day of install, work was carried out efficiently, and the installer cleaned any mess. Upon completion, I was sent the invoice along with photos of the work carried out. Highly recommended.

From the very first survey to the completion of the cavity wall works I cannot praise Infill Energy enough. The initial survey was carried out free of charge and in a friendly and simple terms. Everything was explained and all questions answered. The actual work was carried out within the time scale, professionally and without fuss even though it was pouring with rain. Any mess was cleared and all holes filled. Due to the weather they had to return a couple of days later to repaint the external walls of the house. I would not hesitate to give Infill a 100% recommendation score.
