Solar and Battery instalation

Install ducted air conditioning in bedrooms.
First class service from start to finish. While the work was specifically to install air conditioning I also had a problem with my solar system which was installed by another supplier 8 years ago. The office staff covering both air conditioning and solar were excellent, very professional with good communication. Nothing was too much trouble. The install team did a great job and definitely know their business. Very friendly guys who I was very comfortable having in my home. Joe lead the effort and on completion of the install set me up with internet access on the app to manage the system.
Solar panel and battery system
From quote to install about 12 weeks including waiting for DNO which was most of that. They had the scaffolding put up and panels fitted the same day and got it taken down in a couple of days. Other people near me have had scaffolding up for weeks. They came a just over a week later and fitted all the electrics. Nice and neatly done. They were excellent.
Solar array and battery installation
Infinity installed a solar pv array and power wall battery for us. Their service was exemplary from start to finish. The quote was timely and competitive and they gave us sound advice on the best options for our installation. The installation was completed in a professional manner and the roofers and electricians were a pleasure to have on site. Everyone at Infinity went out of their way to provide a friendly and professional service. We would definitely recommend them.
Solar Panels, Car charger and Solar Battery
We commissioned Infinity Energy Services to install solar panels a new car charger and a Tesla Powerwall battery system in our home. IFS were absolutely incredible in every aspect of the installation. They are very easy to get hold of via email and also on the phone. All installation dates were kept and the installers did an excellent job creating no mess and leaving our home spotless. A first class experience
From the outset this team were excellent. From the initial calls from the office to understand my needs to the design and explanation of the recommended system to suit me. The surveyors were informative and made sure everything was designed with the least visual impact on the front of the house. Scaffolding was up on Monday then the panels were fitted Thursday and then all commissioned and working on Friday. End to end a great job!
To resolve problem with solar panel energy meter not recording
Solar panels were already installed at my property when I moved in and the Installer no longer operating when the recent fault occurred, so contact with Infinity was by identifying someone local who received positive online reviews. Initial contact was by telephone with a friendly, knowledgable and efficient response to my queries. Engineers then attended my property to identify and resolve problem. I was so impressed - they were bright, cheerful, professional and respectful of my home. Problem was quickly identified, a new meter fitted (no mess!) and I was kept updated at all times.
Super Installation
Totally efficient and pleasant service from all involved at Infinity Energy Service fom the first phone call of enquiry to completion of the installation. The Electical Installers Sam and Joe were very proffessional and carried out their work to what I consider a very high standard. Fully cleaned up after drilling holes and running cables. The Roof Panel Installers have also done a great looking job. Finally the contracted Scaffolders were very efficient on their installation.
