Good and smooth experience throughout the process - from initial enquiry to installation. Great communication at every stage. The installation team was friendly and polite. Phil and Steve installed the panels without a hitch. The electricians, Sam and Oli, put in the battery, gateway and connected it all up nicely. Sam was very good in explaining the setup and answered all my questions. There was a slight hitch with the Tesla app and Sam immediately contacted Tesla in my presence. All was correctly performed, the hiccup was with the servers at Tesla's end. Resolved itself within a few hours.

From start to finish our solar and battery system investment has so far been a great experience. Everyone from Infinity has been helpful and knowledgeable. The fitters were especially good, friendly, respectful and courteous and a very neat and tidy job completed in good time with limited disruption and all the certification was provided promptly. A bit early to comment on the efficiency of the system but so far it is producing more energy than we expected on very dull January days.

Infinity Energy and their team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and patient, taking time to answer all my technical questions. The installation was done exactly as quoted, to a very high standard, and they left everything tidy, removing all waste and equipment promptly. Even after the work was completed, they were still quick to respond and happy to help with any follow-up questions. A superb experience — I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering solar and solar batteries.

The operatives had a very good work ethic and were very considerate. Started on time and completed within time stated.
