  Roof still leaking

  I am very disappointed in this company. We had a leak in our roof which they came out to repair in Feb 2024. Since then it has leaked twice, the second time being today. After the first leak we contacted Lee but he had no interest in reviewing his work and said it was not guaranteed as we did not leave a review on Checkatrade. How can we leave a review for roofing work as we do not know if it has been done properly until it rains? I have not bothered to contact him on this occasion as I see no point in doing so. However here is the review he wanted. As another reviwer said, best avoided.

  Professional, Reliable, and Excellent Workmanship

  Lee from Infinity Services recently completed a full roof repair for me, and I’m extremely impressed with the entire experience. He was thorough in explaining everything, kept me well-informed with regular updates, and was always quick to respond even though I couldn’t be at the property during the work. Lee was professional, approachable, and clearly takes pride in what he does. The roof looks fantastic, and the workmanship is excellent. I highly recommend Lee and his team without hesitation!

  Roofing Repair Works / New Roof

  Lee came to quote for what was initially minor roof repairs across the whole house. We agreed a cost and works started a few weeks later. After being present whilst the works were undergoing, we made the decision to re roof the whole house for new. Lee and his team managed to adapt quickly to our sudden change of scope and got the work done within the same time! I cannot fault Lees workmanship and his teams. Their punctuality and professionalism went a long way and was commented on by neighbouring houses! Will always use Lee and his team going forward!

  A first rate Roof replacement

  Lee, Jess and George did an excellent job to replace our aged pitched roof after a leak was discovered. They also attended to various other bits of guttering, lead flashing, and roof mushrooms. Finally, they navigated well some tricky communications issues with neighbours, as well as keeping us informed at all times. They were a pleasure to work with and I recommend them without reservation.

  Replacement lead box gutter

  Avoid Significant money spent to be left with a leak. Lee initially took his time to inspect our roof to address a dripping ceiling. He provided multiple options of which we chose the highest cost lead box gutter replacement for longevity. The first rainfall after the work was completed revealed that the leak remained. He did further work claiming a hole had been found around the VELUX yet once again the leak remained. Since then Lee has ignored messages, ghosted. Another roofer illustrated the lead was installed incorrectly and has eroded.
