From start to finish Paul engaged with me to make sure I was happy and offered solutions for any problems that arose. At the start of the project I discovered my soakaway for my gutters has failed, to which Paul offered solutions for. I am over the moon with the finished product which also included new fencing and tidying up my flower beds with bark chippings. It looks like a new garden! Paul arrived to give me a quote and explained what would need doing and my options for the area. He also informed me of a possible start date if I wished to proceed. Once work was agreed Paul kept me informed and rung me to confirm start time for the first day. Paul and his team worked hard and made sure everything was tidy and I could still get into my home. They even worked the bank holiday. Paul came back quickly with a quote and kept us informed of when potential start dates would be before we had decided to go ahead. He provided brilliant communication throughout the whole project and was great at explaining the work and offering advice on design and style. The disruption to us was really minimal and at the end of each day the site was left spotless. A real pleasure to have such a friendly team of craftsmen complete the work. We had an old block paved front drive laid on sand very uneven due to tree roots and ants. Paul from Infinity persuaded me that using blocked-in 20mm gravel would be more appropriate than Tarmac to avoid further tree root distortion and the need possible access requirements to the utilities under the drive (about 25 metres long) and it would be cheaper. They started as promised 7weeks after quoting. They turned up promptly. The team worked very hard for the week they were here, did an excellent job and left everything very night each night and at the end.
