STRUCTURAL SURVEY
When purchasing a property, I initially arranged a RICS Level 3 Building Survey to identify any significant issues. While the survey highlighted various defects such as cracks, damp, roof and timber issues, it mainly provided general observations and recommended further investigation by a structural engineer. It did not clearly explain the causes of the structural problems or what solutions were required. We subsequently appointed PEPP, who provided a detailed report focused on identifying the structural issues, their causes, prevention and solutions which gave us the confidence. Extension & Conversion works in Tooting
We appointed Pearl Engineers, Planners & Project Managers to manage the design and technical approval process for our loft conversion and rear extension.
