We have a home with Sky TV and Sonos systems that needed reliable connectivity throughout the house. Adrian promised he and the company could connect us all up and quoted and installed fine. Then came the problems...
1) Sonos could doesnt connect. Ingu referred us to the sonos installation guide online only
2) Sky TV connections were all dropped. Ingu didnt have any answers either, told us it was an issue with sky, despite promising it would work before installation.
Aftercare was shocking, zero desire to help, no show on an appointment to try and fix it. Do not use, looking for refund

We are disappointed to receive your negative review following the successful installation of your new Wifi system.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all equipment supplied is working satisfactorily on completion, there may, on occasions, be a need for additional fine tuning.
Following your installation, we checked our Cloud based monitoring system continuously and found that up to 45 devices (including Sonos) were in fact connected. We sent you proof of this by email.
As we had entered the Xmas holiday period, we offered a personal visit to assist you early in the New Year.
