Chris was great, he was polite and kept me informed with what was going on and involved me in decisions. Quote was accurate and he was able to fit my job in within my requested time frames. I am very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate in using him again.

Mr Inkpen responded quickly and helpfully to enquiries, gave a sensible quote without seeing the property itself, agreed a date, and then offered an earlier date when it came up. Arrived early and did the door alteration with skill. It needed a bit more work to compensate for irregularities with existing door, and we agreed a very reasonable extra charge for the further work. All made to look easy.

living In Portsmouth, Southsea My house is from before the 1st world war! The doors are narrow and very hard to find a door to measure is impossible!! Chris was so on point on knowing wot todo, And was very clean and personal 👌 His work shows a good carpenter! Definitely next year booking in for more work!

Very reliable, great communication and excellent workmanship

We recently had some kitchen cabinet work done and are really happy with the results. Chris was very good throughout – communication was clear and consistent from start to finish. He stuck to the original plans, but also took the time to talk through a few changes as the job progressed, which we really appreciated. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the quality of the work was great. We would absolutely use Chris again in the future and highly recommend him.
