Converting and replacing my boiler with a heatpump through the BUS scheme..
Work was carried out as expected... Sergio and his team were very helpful and the installation was done to our satisfaction...thanks for keeping our family warm ...much appreciated

My boiler wasn’t working properly
He did a good job. Tiered after himself, respected my home and also followed all the Covid-19 protocols wearing his face mask and used hand sanitiser before wearing his gloves.

Boiler was serviced
Serg serviced our boiler , he was on time and polite , the boiler is no longer making a horrible noise . We are very pleased with the work carried out and will definitely use serg again and we highly recommend him .

Service
As I am not an engineer, all I can say is he was very professional and he showed me my boiler reading which I was quite happy with as it read my boiler was 97% efficient., I will definitely book him again for next year

Annual service
Job was done in such a tidy manner, he covered his boots and wore a mask, he was very polite through the time he was at my home, I have booked next years service with him already. Also after the service all the noise in my boiler has stopped. Thank you
