  Dylan was prompt, polite, excellent communication and initially recommended to us by a local builders merchant as we were having issues trying to even get other tradespeople around to quote for our project. His team had to work through dreadful weather at the end of 2023 but delivered everything we wanted and also extra tasks that helped finish off the project. We are delighted with the result and have recommended him to other customers in the local area who also were impressed with the quality of the work. The whole project has completely transformed the garden. Highly recommended.

• Cladding to front of bungalow, new fence and front wall

  Dylan and team provide an excellent service at a competitive price. They are polite and friendly and go out of their way to ensure all goes smoothly. This work was carried out for my mother who had a tired looking bungalow which has been transformed with the additional of front Hardie board cladding, a new fence and a small front replacement wall. Her friends now say she is "looking very posh". Highly recommended and plan to use again for other projects at this property.

  Dylan and innovate have done a few jobs at my property the past few months with the most recent being landscaping my garden. Every time they’re friendly and professional and work within the project scope and budget. Whilst making recommendations on little changes that make a big difference. Whenever work has been conducted my property is left clean and tidy. If ever I have any future projects coming up I’ll be sure to give Dylan a shout.

• Construction of new garage

  Dylan came as arranged to preview the job, sent quote and approximate start date as weather dependant.Stayed in contact and arrived promptly on the given date.He arrived at the same time every day whatever the weather.We then realised we needed something extra done and he completed that for us as well.The build went well with a high standard of finish, we definitely recommend him and his team and would use him for any future projects.
