I’m so grateful to Kieran for discovering where the leak was in my flat. Water was leaking into my downstairs neighbour’s flat but we couldn’t figure it out where it was coming from, but Kieran quickly worked out what the problem was and fixed it straight away. Kieran is friendly, efficient and extremely competent. This is the second time I’ve used him and would definitely use him the next time I have a plumbing issue. Kieran provides an excellent service with competitive prices and I would highly recommend him.

Prompt response, the work was carried out with professionalism, high regard for my home and the surrounding areas where the work was carried out. Kieran also explained the problem with the drainage. All of this without breaking the bank. Thank you Kieran.

Efficient.

Kieran arrived early with the tap we requested from a selection he offered to us. Very tidy work and cleaned up after himself.

Keiran removed and fitted new radiators. He was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful, giving us extra advice and helping with a few additional issues that had popped up unrelated to the job he was doing. Would 100% reccomended.

Having been most persistent in wanting to quote on a bathroom replacement, Kieran sent me a message confirming an appointment for the following afternoon to visit with his builder associate. Needless to say, neither party turned up, with no advance warning either. Later in the day, after registering my dissatisfaction, he said he was available later in the week, so I provided him with another slot, but be failed to respond and has neither replied to text messages nor voicemail. Unreliability and lack of communication is not the way to establish or sustain a good reputation.
