Replaced old boiler and tank with a combi boiler. Quick and efficient work and to a very good standard.

Had ongoing problems with central heating. Alex problem solved issue identified small leak in heat exchanger. Exchanged and fixed the same day. Tidy worker, well explained. Fair price

Great service and outstanding attention to detail. My house was cleaner at the end of the day than it normally is! Would highly recommend and will be having them back as soon as I can to replace my kitchen.

Having wanted to carry out these works since moving into our house, we thought long and hard about what we wanted to happen with the kitchen as it would become the centre of the home so wanted it to be done right. We went through a number of tradesmen and both my husband and I thought Alex was by the far the most accommodating and understanding of our requirements. We were so right, from start to finish the work was completed as we visioned and everything Alex said was going to happen happened, despite us changing our minds on a 'few things' along the way! SO HAPPY!

With a full house refurbishment there comes issues and delays, but not here! All issues were resolved by the team which was always closely managed by Tom and Alex and most of the time I didnt even know there was an issue until the weekly site meeting! Fantastic company and each member brilliant in their own trade. I could not be happier.

Contracted innovateconcepts to conduct total renovation of a 3 beds house. This was a total renovation including structural work, all electrical re-wiring, new boiler, bathroom, and new kitchen. I could not be more pleased with quality of the work that Alex and his team provided. The level of detail and professionalism from this company as a contractor is unprecedented (and this is not my first rodeo in terms of house reno). If you are looking for quality work, on time and on budget with high level of hyper care post renovations, then Innovate concept is one of the best out there.
