I called innovation build and he said he'd be at my house at 0930. I took time out of my job to meet him. After hearing nothing at 0940 I called to see what the delay was, I was advised that there was "traffic" and he'd arrive at 1030. I agreed and waited the hour. He never turned up. Quite frankly this tradesperson is not worth your time.

Carried out all roof repairs as agreed, then fixed guttering free of charge and gave a wealth of advice on potential upgrades. Will definitely use for bigger jobs this month.

Brilliant job Non nonsense The guys onsite ready to every morning and got the job done. Price was reasonable compared to the other quotations we had. Also the job was a one stop shop because other builders couldn’t do the build and the infloor plumbing and the polished concrete all in house. Happy with Gerwyn as the site manager and builder. Will look to do new work with him in the future.

The company exceeded my expectations, guiding me through the whole process as it was the first time we had been involved in a renovation. I was extremely impressed with the design ideas and true professionalism throughout. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thats looking to have their home extended. Something that can be so stressful, seemed to be completed without any hassle and no chasing up at the end to complete the snags.
