Maintenance of house alarm
I am so fed up with poor customer service in most companies I felt I should write a review because for the first time in ages I received outstanding customer service from an Engineer, Wayne who has recently joined this company, and also from Christina a Service Support Administrator. Wayne was on time, very courteous, extremely helpful and polite and traced a major fault and mended it and we didn't realise we had this fault until he pointed it out.
