  Fantastic company, reliable, understanding and accommodating

  I came to innovative energy Ltd to support a vulnerable individual I support to have various electrical works completed. When I explained the scenario, Innovative were so accommodating ( reduced time frame of visit) to work around carers, were always on time, reliable and had great communication with me throughout. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you

  Fault Finding

  Fuse box

  We were experiencing an issue with the fuse box, which left us with no upstairs lighting. I reached out to Innovative Energy Systems yesterday afternoon and they responded within 5 minutes. Clementina was very efficient and communicative and booked an appointment for an engineer (Emmanuel) to visit that same evening. Emmanuel was incredibly polite and professional and finished the job quickly.
