I am more than happy with the service I received from this company. They were quick to respond; the service engineer turned up on time and was polite & happy. The job was done quickly and without fuss.

excellent service throughout from contacing the company through to the work carried out. text messages received confirming appt and letting you know when they are on the way. they tell you who will be your engineer so you know who to expect. Lee came and carried out the service. A leak was found. Lee ordered the part we needed and Daryl returned a day later to fix it. they took the time to show us how to use the system as the company who installed the system initially didnt show us. both Lee and Daryl were really helpful, knowledgeable and polite. i would highly reccomend them

Innovative Gas service was impeccable, prompt and went above and beyond what was expected. They were also very tidy whilst working. I have booked them against to do a different job for me. I can definitely recommend them to other people.

We have had a logburner for 5 years but it's never been set up properly, leading to dirty glass and chimney sweeps scratching their heads as to how to gain access to the flue. Only when Lee came from Innovative Gas services did we finally get the fire bricks and baffles set correctly. Lee spent a lot of time and effort and refused to give up, unlike other so called experts. The log burner now works a dream. Thanks very much Lee!
