    Mouse proofing

    I have recently moved to a new flat, and a saw mice a few days after we moved in. I have a mild phobia, so contacted Inoculand, and they attended very promptly. The initial visit, to scope the works and lay bait, was helpful. The second visit to complete the proofing, was not effective, as I saw mice again a few days later. They quickly returned, and the second technician they sent was exceptional. He was extremely thorough, careful, quick, and took extra time to show me what he was doing and reassure me that the problem was resolved. Excellent service and great peace of mind.

    Treatment for Bed bugs

    I have been unlucky enough to have developed a bed bug infestation in my home. I booked Inoculand for the treatment. All the staff I have spoken to have been polite and helpful in responding to my queries and booking the treatment. My booking is for 2 treatments I have so far had one treatment so I'm unable to give a full review of the service but will edit my review once the treatment is complete. So far I am happy with the service I have received from Inoculand and the technician who carried out the first treatment seemed to be quite through.
