  Not a good experience

  Despite a verbal contract to sort our problem, Like has failed to fulfill his obligations which were paid for . His communication and organisation leave much to be desired. He also just drops poison blocks without protective gloves into hedges without traps . He may have had a car issue , but he told me he messaged all clients. I was not I have had to chase for follow ups and for his 3rd paid for call, he said his phone was lost with the car issue and that’s why he had no numbers or addresses. I am sorry , this just does not ring true . INSISTS ON ALL MONEY UPFRONT I FEEL CONNED . .

  Hi Sheryl, this is utterly untrue. I have a text message chain literally offering to come and do the visit and you have refused repeatedly. I have and never would touch poison without gloves on and the fact you actually walked around with me whilst I wore gloves amazes me you would say this. Completely untrue review. You have had 2 visits and refused the 3rd visit and asked for money back. To be clear we have treated the issue twice, so likely the issue has calmed down or gone entirely and you’re now asking for money back because you don’t want the 3rd visit we agreed. I can’t do more to help

  Amateur and dishonest

  For the cost of £400 which I paid, In between the dates of 10.4 - 7.5 I had two visits. During this time his girlfriend had sepsis, he contracted influenza and also somebody crashed into his car. 9 out 11 calls were not answered by him. All conversations done by text. Easier to lie I guess Told me drain rats not serious - he touches poison unprotected and does not was his hands. Does not look for a source. Offered drain valve - wanted a further £80. 2nd visit threw more poison down 7th May did not bother turning up. Job unfinished Luke: biggest rat you’ll meet.

  Unreliable! Do not pay in advance!

  Luke came out for a first visit and seemed knowledgeable and reliable. However this all changed as soon we paid him! We paid for three visits and a spray down of our shed. After the first visit it was a nightmare, cancelled appointments, sometimes not even letting us know. Excuse after excuse,Poor communication, I had to do the chasing. We first got in contact 20th January , here we are 11th May still waiting for our third visit and spray. Currently in the process of trying to get our money back. Poor service would not recommend and do not pay him before the work is finished if you do!!

  Pest Control that is a rat!

  Awful Experience. Needed to be paid upfront for 3 visits. Paid as requested. First Visit was cancelled and he eventually came put down poison. Chased for a month asking for next visit whilst clearing the problem myself, every appointment given he did not turn up for and sometimes never saying. Trying to get refund for two remaining visits but now claims to have money problems, he did agree to come back to do the work but then he cancelled again. DO NOT PAY IN ADVANCE. looked at other reviews and found others had the same issue.
