Roger arrived and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He sorted out my very blocked drains quickly and efficiently and informed me each step of the way about what the problem was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Roger and I have his number to hand should anyone ask me who I had to resolve my drain issue. The headache the overflowing drain was giving me has now gone thanks to Roger.

Roger undertook a cctv survey on a house we’re buying, prompt service, for both the survey and the turnaround of the report.

We had a blockage in the downstairs loo. Called Roger and what a revelation. He listened, set my expectations as to possible outcomes and costs which were every reasonable. Especially compared to some of the big names. He attended this morning. The blockage was quite extensive and possibly due to a public sewer issue. All unblocked now and with an extensive report for me to give to Severn Trent Water to tackle the root cause. Fantastic service at a realistic price.

Called Inspect a drain and had a conversation with Roger who was very professional and knowledgable. Came out the next day to carry out a survey. He arrived on time, smart and tidy. He explained the procedure clearly and carried out the survey very efficiently. The report was turned around quickly that day enabling us to continue with the regulatory process. Excellent service at a competitive price.

I contacted Roger as I had stones in my waste pipe. He carried out CCTV of pipework and discovered a collapsed gully, he showed me the footage and emailed it me, along with a report.. Within the week he had sorted it all out. The quote never changed and there were no unexpected costs. He was mindful about saving me money too. He turned up first thing, and left the patio that needed to be dug up back to what it looked like before the work was carried out. He’s a friendly, nice man. I’d highly recommend his services. I will be using him again in the future.

The company were recommended to us, which we are very grateful for. A survey on a bungalow, we wished to buy, highlighted there were problems with the drains. A full report & videos were provided for us together with an explanation of what needed doing. The work was carried out, once we had moved in, in four days. Absolutely delighted with the work that was carried out and the clear explanations of what was being/what had been done. Again video provided to show us what had been done together with a very large piece of concrete that had been found! Highly Recommend.
