Fantastic service that dealt with an urgent situation at my property that is rented. Roger was able to assess the situation and provide me with a quote and timeline for completion. Roger kept both myself and my tenants updated on progress and the work was completed to a high standard and my tenants were both relieved and happy with the work and Roger’s ability to solve the problem so efficiently. This was a super stressful situation that Roger resolved both quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using this company again and would highly recommend.

I have had 2 blockages since moving in about 6 weeks ago. I managed to clear the first myself but realised that the cause needed to be established. Roger came yesterday as arranged, cleared the blockage and quickly assessed the likely reason for the problem. He is obviously very experienced and explained in detail what was required to resolve the issue. He quoted an acceptable price and returned this morning to complete the work. He is very polite and informative and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Roger attended on the same day as the enquiry. A blockage within the drain run was quickly identified but first required some shrub clearance which became evident as the centre of the issue. The roots ingress along the line of the drain causing blockages. A C.C.T.V. camera exploration and recording also identified some broken joints. He worked very hard and used his vast knowledge to rectify the situation. Follow up work is now required but the issue had been identified and initially resolved. Punctual response to messages and fitted myself in with little notice. Also returned back to the job when another trade prevented them from completing the works first time. Rare to find a reliable trade these days but Roger is one. 👍
