  Paul and his team were brilliant at stepping in and rescuing us when another contractor let us down. They were communicative, quick, capable and solved problems without worrying us unduly with them. We really recommend them and have already asked them to do some other work for us. Thank you.

  Rear extension to our Victorian semi-detached in north London

  We instructed Paul and team with the challenge of a rear extension to our family home, as well as a first fix renovation to the entire remaining part of the house. We couldn’t recommend them more - Problem solving, fantastic communication, attention to detail and confidence in their trade was evident the entire experience and made the build a lot more digestible and enjoyable than what was imagined. We are still in contact today and have recommended them time and time again. Thanks (again) for making our house a home.

  Excavation of soil from the garden and construction of retaining walls, drainage, and planters.

  After previously using Inspired Design and Construction for structural and building work at our house, we were so thoroughly impressed that we engaged them again to complete the extensive excavation of soil from our rear garden and the construction of retaining walls, damp proofing, drainage, and planters. Again, their team provided an excellent quality of service, communication, and workmanship throughout the project. We had regular communication with Paul via WhatsApp. We have now used Inspired Design and Construction twice. They are an excellent and trustworthy company, who we recommend

  Widening of existing ground floor rear opening to installing full-width bi-folding doors.

  We found Paul and Brian through Checkatrade after copious searching for a reputable builder. From start to finish we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of service, communication, their team, and the workmanship of the project. The project ran completely on time and on budget, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work. Our main point of contact was Paul, and there was an open flow of communication via WhatsApp throughout the project which kept us reassured.
