New roof and inset solar panels
Professional throughout from the very first meeting to the end of the project. This was the first job in a renovation project that is going to take us a few years and we will definitely be using Brendon and his team for the rest!! He went though all the designs with us and gave honest feedback as to what was not worth doing even if it meant us spending less with Inspire. Complete house build - amazing team!
Inspire Design and Build could have just built us a house - but they didn’t - they built us a home. This was the first time we have ever done something as crazy as move our family out of their home into a temporary rental home and try and build our own home! We were nervous and didn’t really know how or if we could do it. Every step of the way Inspire listened to us. They delivered us our home ahead of schedule, on budget and fulfilled all our dreams. New build home
I recently had the pleasure of having Brendan and his team build my new home. I'm very pleased with the result and overall experience. He is an excellent communicator and was always available to answer my questions in detail at every stage. It was also comforting that Brendan clearly cares on a personal level about the quality of work. Single story extension to rear of property. Pitched roof living space off the back of the kitchen.
Cannot recommend Inspire enough. Trust is priceless when looking for builders and this was the first time we had ever used a builder for anything major. Brendan and team manage projects superbly and you always know where you stand with timelines and costs. All tradesman used are reliable and friendly. Kitchen refurbishment
