  Professional straightforward job with clear communication.

  I was unable to be there in person as the property is rented, however Inspired Roofing Solutions did exactly what was agreed, and sent photographs of the before and after, which were confirmed by our tenants. They arrived on time, finished on time and everything went smoothly. Good communication and a straightforward process. The affected area of roof now has new felt and timbers and hopefully will prevent further water ingress. One satisfied customer!

  Selecting a business to do a major project is never easy. Inspired Roofing Solutions undertook a roof repair for me & were so good that I asked them to quote for a wider roofing job. Lloyd was very open about what was essential to do and what could wait a while. His honesty and the previous job gave me confidence to do all the quoted works whilst scaffolding would be up. I’m absolutely delighted with the roof renovation ( not a small job). They were professional from start to finish. I have no reservations from recommending them regardless of the size of your project.

  Very disappointed

  We felt pressured to book quickly, scaffolding was delayed, job marked “completed” it clearly wasn’t, we chased updates & explanations. They arrived in the rain to finish repointing that should have been done days earlier, left after less than 1H due to weather. He showed us photos on his personal phone was reluctant to send them, we still haven’t received them despite multiple requests. Inspired repeatedly blamed the workman, offered no real apology, prioritised other jobs over finishing ours. We now feel uneasy about the quality of work, uncomfortable that photos are on a personal device.

  A good job

  Lloyd came to give me a quote for the work. He arrived on time, inspected inside and out, then gave me a rough estimate. The quotation was almost exactly what he had said. The final bill matched the quotation, no extras, which was nice. The roofers came despite the horrible weather, spent time to reassure me through the day what was happening, and completed the considerable amount of work within the day. They photographed the completed work so I could see what was done. All in all this was a very professional company to deal with.

  Highly recommend!

  Lloyd and his team at Inspired Roofing Solutions were fantastic from start to finish. Their communication was excellent — they even responded to an email we sent on a Sunday afternoon within 5 minutes! They turned up exactly when they said they would, and every member of the team was friendly, helpful, and professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We did have a small issue after the work was completed, but they came back straight away, no quibble, and resolved it without any fuss. It’s rare to find such reliable, genuine service these days, and we were really impressed. Def recommend!
