Jason and his team replaced a leaking shower for me, and took good care with keeping the house tidy, finding replacement tiles that were a close match to the existing tiles, ordering all the materials and keeping me informed of progress. I'm very pleased with the result.

After meeting Jason, we were really pleased that Instaflame were able to start the work very quickly! Jason was super efficient throughout our flat renovation, always very responsive and we are pleased with the results. The overall finish is of a high standard, and the team are really hard working, thanks again!

We had our loft converted with Instaflame, a project that quickly grew legs as we expanded the scope as we went. Jason and his team were brilliant and listened to everything we wanted. Jason was always available to answer any questions we had and his team were great - we could always see progress as there was always someone working on site. Before we started the work people who had had it done would always say “Never again!” I feel lucky that with Instaflame i never felt that and we are delighted with the results. If I ever do another loft conversion I’ll be in the phone!

Instaflame carried out a full bathroom renovation for me. From the start they were very clean and tidy. They did a the work to a very high standard and I'm very happy with it. The project was done within the time frame Jason originally set out and they were able to take on extra jobs as they appeared.

Really happy with Jason and the team. Communication was responsive throughout. Jason was very responsive from the initial quote right through to the work being done. Jason was patient answering all my questions and accommodating my timings because of my move-in date. He also gave recommendations on bathroom layout and how to make better use of the space. Jason and team did a great job with our bathroom renovation which included breaking down a wall to combine a WC and the bath area. The team were diligent, respectful and completed works to a high standard. Jason was excellent at communication and very pragmatic around resolving any issues that came up during the process. Would recommend.
