We have had some issues for example one of the parts was faulty from the factory - not the installers fault but it was rectified very quickly which is a good sign. There was also an issue with the software which had to be resolved, again not the installers fault and it is sorted now. The most important thing is the job has been done for the price agreed to what seems a good standard. What more do I need to say except I would have them again and remember without the faulty unit and software issue it would have been done the same day.

I requested an integrated solar panel installation, not the norm apparently. Install Solar stepped up to the mark to deliver and excellent package which continues to work well almost 12 most on.

Once instructed they delivered exactly what they said they would through the process of lead times, organising installation work on agreed dates and co-ordinating with other trades as we had an in built solar panel system into a new roof. The quality of the final installation is excellent, the various tradesman who attended were very professional. Shaun, Sandra and Ali from the office were easy to deal with and responded to my many questions as a solar newbie and I received my MCS certificate promptly after completion of the project. Would highly recommend using Install Solar.

The team at Install Solar installed a solar panel system with batteries at the cricket club in September of this year. I could not recommend them highly enough. After considering using Eon during covid, I once again got the itch to have solar panels installed on my house in south Manchester. Install Solar Panels were fantastic, the communication was very good (though my email decided they were spam so I had to keep an eye on the spam folder). The initial survey was professional, quick and answered my questions fully and was made aware of the offers they had at the time. Scaffolding was up quickly and no fuss The installers and electrician were very professional and kept me informed on any issues that arrived, such as they could not install 2 panels
