So impressed with Instaloft. Quotation process was very clear, professional, everything explained. Full assessment of our loft space, check for asbestos; just everything done so expertly. It meant that we had a good degree of confidence when we actually booked to have the work done. For clarity, this included: cutting larger hole to the hatch access, installing a fold-up ladder, laying new insulation, constructing the stilt frame-work and the boarding the whole loft space, the addition of lighting. Had my loft done, consisted of extended hatch,middle section boarded, full length shelving on both sides. And fitted ladder Very happy with the whole process, the 2 fitters done a top notch job and fitted in a step for easy access into loft, It's now a space I can store, with much needed space. Before I wouldn't entertain going up into the loft, due to fear of creepy crawlies , Before I decided to go with this company, I always do my checks, companies house , Registered, licence number , comparative pricing. etc, Instaloft came out top, giving me the confidence to go ahead
