I received a thorough plan of what was going to happen and when. The team was here on time and completed the job on time too. We opted for the wooden ladder which was a wise choice as is very sturdy. The boards feel very sturdy too. Our insulation was also topped up which should help in the winter keeping the house warm and the costs down. The loft has been completely transformed.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! From the initial planning visit right through to the final installation, everything was handled with the highest level of professionalism. The installers were brilliant—extremely efficient, tidy, and clearly took great pride in their work. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the end result is fantastic. I genuinely have no complaints whatsoever and honestly can’t praise this company highly enough. Highly recommended!
