The stuck windiw was opened. The faukting mechanism was replaced. Guidance on care to prevent further issues was given. The guys that carried out the work were prompt, polite and carried out the word in a timely, efficient manner.

Fantastic service from start to finish! Communication was great, and they were very responsive. We got an instant quote, and the job (fitting a new patch fitting and repairing the top pivot and frame) was completed on the day, just a few days after receiving the quote. We're really happy with the result and would highly recommend.

A small pane of double glazing in my flat shattered early on a recent very hot evening. Someone form Instant Glass came that evening to secure the glass, and later replaced it, and two other small panes that were slightly cracked. They also cleaned the windows! The people who did the work were very efficient, and good at notifying me of when they expected to arrive. I think that this is a trustworthy firm.

Harrison & Michael were amazing, truly went above and beyond to help us!! Super friendly and did an amazing job helping get my window out to get the sofa in! They even stayed to help us get the sofa in and in position! Couldn’t recommend enough!

We needed new rollers on our sliding patio door. Instant Glass and Glazing supplied the best quote. The guys who came did a great job and the door now slides perfectly. What I really liked was their attitude -when the first guy came to assess the rollers he asked about walking through the house with his boots on, it was a wet day. Then when they came back to fit the rollers they saw our cat walk out the door and asked us if she was allowed out. Things like this show customer care. well deserved 5 stars
