Phil and his team replaced a gas water heater. Sourced it, replaced it and even organised the guarantee for us. Even organised somebody to collect and dispose of the old one. Phil went above and beyond to ensure everything was just as it should be. I would certainly use him again.

After calling them at 9am and engineer was with us within the hour, they fixed our leaking boiler quickly and with no mess. The problem a faulty part was reported to the manufacturer. The engineer was polite and timely. And great communication all round. Fab service and we no longer have a soaking wet floor from the leak.

Had to have boiler gas certificate with service on short notice due to house move. Instantheat came out with no fuss and did a great job. Tom was very friendly and would highly recommend to anyone.

I had my boiler replaced by Instantheat after it sprung a yet another leak, I only wish I’d used them earlier, I have used several other plumbing contractors, these guys are a professional outfit. Fast communication and they attended the job promptly to make an initial assessment, they was able to show me exactly where the problem was rooted and give a breakdown of repair costs (which were reasonable), it made more sense to get a new boiler sourced, fitted and guaranteed by Instantheat. They even provided a temp fix till the new boiler was fitted a couple of days later 10/10 service
