Very happy with our new fire rated front door all staff were very knowledgeable friendly and easy to deal with very clean installation and made sure area was left clean and tidy would definitely recommend

I first approached Instant Windows and Doors to carry out a repair of uPVC bifold doors but after having to call out the company a second time, the decision was taken to change the doors for aluminium sliding doors. Communication with Martin and Paul from the beginning was very professional as was the advice and range of options available to me. The installation by Connor and Josh was equally professional and super efficient. A job well done leaving me very pleased with the outcome. I would be happy to recommend this company.

Martin and Paul worked to get the best possible outcome for me. The job specs were non-standard, so they had to go back and forth to suppliers to reach a proposal. I am very happy with the result, and installation by Connor was very good. Connor was happy to come back to rectify any minor issues we identified.

From start to finish the serve was exceptional. Paul was so helpful in explaining exactly what I required and Connor and Josh fitted the windows to the highest of qualities! Helpful, informative, efficient and skilled. I would highly recommend.

Martin and his lads did an excellent job with finding the right colour bricks before bricking up my old front door and installing a new window as well as fitting a new front door. They all worked extremely hard, putting in full days of graft and didn’t even appear to stop for tea and biscuits. Everything was left spotless and I’m very happy with the results. I have no problem recommending them and they’ll definitely be my first port of call for any other work I might need in the future. Paul in the office was also really helpful and very easy to deal with.

We had aluminium bifolds fitted incorrectly as part of a renovation in 2020 and as a result the windows were sagging down resulting in us being unable the open or close the bifold properly. We had countless window fitters in over the years to correct this however none were able to help. We had resolved to replace the bifold at a cost of thousands until finally in 2025 we were put in touch with Martin who came over with two weeks notice and in one morning fixed the bifold. We are so relieved this is finally fixed and delighted with the quality of work. We were assured before, throughout and aft
