Excellent job . I felt like I'd lost confidence in my judgment , Steve was the only tradesmen who came to inspect my loft and made me feel more than confident I was in good hands , work was carried out like Steve explained there was no mess and I was able to get the surveyor down to inspect the loft before I paid , it was a breath of fresh air finally dealing with an ethical company after so many sleepless nights . Steve arrived to give me and my sister a quote on my late mums house to remove the spray insulation from the loft, straight away he wiped the fear away and spoke truth and honesty about what they going to do, he allowed us to pay after the roof was inspected by a surveyor which also gave us peace of mind, great firm and he obviously has a great team around him and did the work in 4 days to a very high standard, I will recommend his firm to anyone that needs this spray foam removing 👊🏻

Steve personally checked the attic to give us a quote unlike other tradesman that they relly on maps for quote, transaction, paper works and communication made was easy, Staffs were very kind and nice, the job was completed quickly and they took out all of the rubbish, and cleaned the job site. highly recommended

Surveyor flagged spray foam in my late mothers attic and valued the house at zero it was a shock as I had no knowledge of the stuff being up there .. contacted insulxtract who put my mind at rest and gave me confidence we was with the right company , they was very punctual and tidy and I am pleased to say the sale has now gone through successfully I have no problems recommending insulxtract
