Had a problem with my toilet flushing unit. Richard responded promptly to my telephone call. Arrived exactly on time. He gave me and explained the options for repair. Needed to go and buy the parts which he did with great speed returning within 30 mins. Repair completed and toilet now working perfectly. Great service performed very professionally.

Richard came to fit an outside tap for me today. He was on time, knew exactly what to do and got straight to work. Professional in his customer service, ensured I was happy before leaving and showed me everything working. Would recommend and will use him again in the future for any jobs that may pop up.
