    Martin and his partner did a fastidious and beautiful job on our bathroom. They laboured over the details and made sure it was all millimetre perfect. They took us through the while journey from start to finish. Couldn't recommend them enough.

    We wanted to change our shower/bath for a walk-in shower. Martin came to quote and spent time discussing what we wanted and making suggestions (a couple of the other fitters we'd asked to quote were in and out within 10 minutes). He understood our needs and the finished walk-in shower looks great and so much better than the bath/shower. Both Martin's were friendly, prompt, tidy and very professional. An excellent job.

    What really sets Martin apart for me is that 14 months after the work was finished he still answers our call and is willing to offer help on a not entirely connected issue. In my experience that is exceptional. Integral installed a new steam shower, toilet, pump and water softener in our log cabin. Martin was precise and thorough. And included us when any variation of original plan arose. He finished on time and on budget.

    They did an excellent job under difficult circumstances, and the finish on my kitchen is beautiful. We had a few frustrations as things went missing in the post and the kitchen was delivered several days late, which was obviously stressful for everyone, but they carried on and worked extra hard to get the job done. They remained cheerful and professional, even though their schedule was messed up and they had to work some long days, and I'm really grateful they kept coming back to do the make-up work. Integral Properties seem to genuinely want to do a good job for you, and they really do.
