  Absolutely amazing service from Integrity Energy Solutions! We actually live outside the area they normally cover, but they knew how desperate we were to get our solar inverter fixed and went out of their way to come and help us anyway. They even arrived early and genuinely couldn’t have done more for us. Such friendly, professional and helpful service from start to finish. It’s rare to find a company willing to go that extra mile for their customers. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

  Solar and Battery installation

  Finding a reliable, local installer in this field was tricky—so many call-centre lead farms on social media. But from the moment I was connected with Jen and Ben, I knew I was in good hands. Ben is incredibly knowledgeable and worked with me to design the perfect setup. Their team worked tirelessly over two days, completing the installation to a remarkably high and neat standard. Ben even managed to handle the DNO application seamlessly, getting our G99 approval through in just 4 days! From our initial chat to going live took under four weeks. Ben even took the time to accommodate my schedule with an evening survey, where other companies wanted to charge £200 up front. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using their recommended partners for an ASHP installation in the spring!

  EV charger installation

  Integrity Energy Solutions already did a flawless install of our PV array a few years ago, so we decided to go with them again for our EV charger. The process was easy and they were quick and accommodating. As this was part of a bigger building project, finding the right time for the install was tricky but Jen was very helpful and we made it work on short notice! They will definitely be top of our list when we get a home battery installed in the future.

  Had a problem with my Solar not working, Colin was lovely he diagnosed the problem straight away. He explained what had happened, the repair was fixed straight away. I would highly recommend this company.

  Outstanding

  I asked them to fit an inverter and battery to new replacement solar panels. It was a system they hadn't worked with before but they went the extra mile and overcame any issues that presented themselves. Ben and his team (Colin and Will) were unbelievably helpful in overcoming these issues with a degree of patience and total professionalism. I cannot thank them enough for achieving something that sp many others didn't want or couldn't do.
