  Looking after the customer

  We commissioned Integrity Energy to install solar panels, a battery and a car charger along with our new roof. Ben was super helpful in explaining the process and answering all our queries. The fitters were excellent - friendly, tidy and efficient. Ben showed us how to use the app showing our generation and usage and went above and beyond to contact the electricity company to get our system registered. Jen in the office was super helpful in keeping us informed about installation scheduling and deliveries. All in all, we are delighted with the work and would wholeheartedly recommend the company

  Best solar panels company

  Can not praise this company enough, after nearly giving up on getting solar panels . We had one last try , Ben came out give all facts and figures with no hidden costs . We had scaffolding up on the Tuesday. Solar panels Wednesday, electrics Thursday. Friday all tested and scaffolding taken down and all cleaned up . As Ben knew we wanted to export electric back to grid even after solar panels have been fitted he is still helping us to get everything sorted . Best decision we made

  From initial consultation, through a few revised options and quotes for a solar and battery solution up to fitting and commissioning, IES have been faultless.   IES the solar panel experts.

  Having recently moved house we knew we wanted to install solar panels and so reached out to a number of companies of which IES was one. They promptly replied and made an appointment to come and see us and view the property to discuss options. They listened to what we wanted and in turn gave us both information and suggestions and answered all the questions that we had. The actual installation went without a hitch and the subsequent follow up is still on going as we link the system to our energy supplier. We would recommend IES to anyone looking for their solar panel installation.

  Fantastic experience from Jen & Ben whilst looking at options for a EV charger to sending the quotes across with good communication from around the different options and benefits Come installation day two very polite engineers in John and Joel who were professional throughout and a credit to the company.
