I had a very complicated bi fold door lock issue
Stephen was exceptionally professional,he certainly knew his job. It was a very tricky issue and he didn’t give up,he persevered where I’m sure someone else would have walked away. He arrived on time and had a smile throughout the whole process Would one million percent recommend him. Thank you again you were amazing

Entry and Lock replacement
The lock failed on the door to my 1st-floor flat, leaving me locked out. Stephen diagnosed the problem accurately on the phone and came early on Sunday morning. He is a problem solver, which is what you want from a locksmith. He had ladders on board and we were able to gain entry without drillng through the lock. He is fast, focused and good with tools. We have used Stephen before and I would recommend him.

Two new locks fitted
Just moved into my new house and had the awful task for finding a trustworthy locksmith!! Luckily I chose these guys. Stephen was trustworthy, honest and an around great guy! Would highly recommend!!!

Drill out broken front door lock and replace new one.
I am really pleased with Integrity and made an excellent choice as the service and job was professional and friendly. The service on the phone, politeness and understanding. The locksmith l even got to speak to, so knew who was coming, Steve was on time and had fitted me in on such short notice. The price was good value, not expensive. The job came with someone who was thoughtful. This was a first time and would choose again.
