On two occasions Jack has resolved a persistent issue for us - the first with rats and drainage at another property, the second in our current property with mice. He's smart, courteous, diplomatic and prompt and we felt he went over and above in trying to help us solve our problem.

The team from Integrum installed pigeon guard mesh around my solar panels. The solution has worked very well. We are free of pigeons. The team arrived on time, did a good job, and explained everything they had done. The price quoted was the price charged.

Integrum helped and advised me about dealing with a family of foxes who had taken over my garden and were destroying much of my garden furniture and plants. They responded fast and effectively, and always kept to the times they said as well as charging a reasonable price. The technicians who came to deal with the problem were knowledgeable and very pleasant, as were the staff I spoke to over the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Integrum, or to use them again if necessary.

Positives - Very friendly staff. - Great app which shows you when the integrum rep is on their way to you + ETA. Negatives: - The mice problem actually got worse by the time the treatment had ended. The mice didnt eat much of the poison and visits became more frequent. - To further try and address the problem, I would have had to pay for another treatment, despite the first treatment not having any impact. For reference, we have a very small kitchen. Using ring cameras, we could see how unsuccesful treatments had been. Integrum were not able to fix the issue in one treatment so rating 1 star
