  Quality craftsmanship at a reasonable price

  We used intelligent heating gas to replace our old boiler. We also used them to replace our hot water tank and all the associated controls as at 25 years old it had lost pressure and was time for a new one. We have white carpets in our house and we were so happy with the care Gerri took to protect our property. The work itself was a work of art so tidy and professional. Gerri put a new pressure vessel on the water supply side as well as the heating side and oh what a difference that has made throughout. As a result of the work our heating and hot water bills have reduced substantially.

  Excellent experience fitting new central system

  Excellent experience with Gerri at Intelligent Heating installing new central heating system and new shower. Gerri was professional, had great communication and was very knowledgable. During the job - he kept us updated and consulted us on all big decision. He has a “can do” attitude and nothing was a problem - even when we changed our minds. His work was to such a high standard and he left the property very tidy and clean. He was clear on price, providing a detailed quote which he stuck to. I really can’t recommend them enough and I would use them for any future jobs.

  New Boiler, all new central heating pipes and new radiators

  New Boiler Installation

  Gerri came to install a new boiler and upgrade gas works/pipes. He came to survey property first and provided an estimate very quick. Showed up to complete the works promptly at the time specified. He was very respectful of the property and made me feel very at ease - sometimes it can be quite daunting as a female alone in the property having tradespeople in. His work was very neat, he tidied thoroughly before leaving and kept me updated with how things were going throughout the process. I highly recommend. Thank you Gerri!

  Gas Boiler Installation

  Removal of a system boiler and installation of a Worcester combi boiler

  The IHG engineer, Gerri Burgess, did a superb job. He took out the old boiler, large water tank, hot water cylinder and redundant water piping in 2 cupboards and removed all waste quickly and efficiently. He increased gas pressure by replacing gas piping from the meter outside into.the house under the floorboards to reach the kitchen, removing and replacing carpet and heavy furniture with infinite care and patience. He then completed the installation of the new boiler. Gerri was experienced, committed, pleasant, thoughtful and a problem-solver who explained everything. He did a superb job.

  Radiator Installation

  New triple radiator

  Our existing radiator in the sitting room was very old and unable to fully heat the room. Gerri came and fitted a new triple radiator in its place and we now enjoy a welcoming, warm room! Gerri is very tidy and efficient. He left no mess and took the old rad away with him. He is very reliable, letting us know when he would do the job and how long it would take. His rates are very reasonable and we will definitely use Intelligent Heating and Gas Ltd. again. Thank-you!
