Door lock broken and couldn’t lock.
Fantastic and prompt service and fixed quickly. Nick also adjusted our dropping patio doors at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

UPVC back door stuck shut. Door opened and lock mechanism replaced.
Super quick reply and initial visit. Door opened and broken lock mechanism identified. New part ordered for overnight delivery and back door left secured in meantime. New lock mechanism fitted first thing next day. Friendly and helpful advice give. Throughout.
Replace hinges on 2 PVC windows that no longer closed properly.
Completed the work to high standard. Also happy to give lock advice when I had some concerns about some changes to locks I'd done myself. Very pleased.

The call was answered immediately. Nick was polite and professional. He attended the job within 30 minutes and repaired it straight away. Will definitely use this company again.
My doors loçk was spinning when trying to be locked
Called up nick and he was really good, gave me advice, didnt presume I needed him to help further. Though I did and nick was round in under an hour, had looked at the lock, confirmed the issue (showed me) and replaced the lock. Ive a new lock, 5 keys and confidence that ill be calling upon nick again if any door issues occur.
