Tim was available the same day that we booked him. He was very prompt, helpful and friendly. He listened to what we said, and identified the problem. We expected to pay for two locks, but Tim managed to alter one lock, so solving the problem. He then changed the other lock, so we only had to pay for one lock and saved some money.

Couldn’t recommend Tim any higher. Efficient, reliable, polite. Replaced my front door lock system after we were locked in so quickly and at a very reasonable price. I had bought the wrong size lock to replace it and he swapped it with one he already had and he didn’t charge me any more for it which was very kind. Thank you so much Tim!
