Dishwasher water pump replacement. Brilliant service from first conversation to completion of the job. Put the job up first thing in the morning. Got a call, asking all the right questions in order to identify the problem to fix, give a best estimate, ensure a first time fix and a happy customer experience. Arrived at agreed time in Motherwell (from an Edinburgh based business btw!), friendly, engaging, experienced, reliable, honest and trustworthy. Done the job, clean, tidy, all put back, spotless. Very, very, highly recommended.

Zak arrived at the appointed date and time. He tried to repair my 15 year old dishwasher but said the repair would not last because of its age. He offered to get us a new one of the same make and came back later the same day and replaced and took away my old dishwasher. He fitted, (integrated model), the new one and tested it. He cleaned and tidied up the area he had worked in before he left. We were very satisfied with both his attitude and the price he charged. I would strongly recommend him.

The tradesperson Zak was very thorough and knowledgeable. Investigated fault and identified leak. Ordered spare parts and returned to install and complete the repair on agreed date. Machine now working properly.
