Underfloor heating
I had recently had underfloor heating installed, but the engineered wood was showing discolouration. Intersmooth came out, had a look, spent time explaining what the issue could be and offering good advice. It was fantastic to have an independent view on the whole issue!

Boiler fixing
They first provide good advice for me to diagnose and fix it myself, this is much appreciated. Later when an engineer needs to visit, they fixed our boiler very quickly and left everything tidy.

Underfloor Heating Repair

To overall the performance of Underfloor heating system and to repair defects. .
The trades person who visited was very polite, friendly and respectful. It was easy to communicate with him. He took time to explored what the problem might be and explained why underfloor heating wasn't working properly. be He was very knowledgeable and left us feeling reassured. The system is now working a lot better than it did. I will now continue to use this company for any future plumbing and heating repairs or installations.

Radiator troubleshooting
We had some issues with our radiators and asked for a quotation. Ferhat was quick to respond and offered to help us over the phone as it didn’t need a call out. What a lovely gesture by Intersmooth!! Businesses like Intersmooth instill confidence that nice people do exist and it’s not always about the bottom line. Definitely recommend Ferhat and Intersmooth for any plumbing works
