Si came around to have a look at the issue and was thorough in his investigation, confident in his assessment and just generally seemed to know his trade very well and to be enthusiastic about his work. Communication was clear, letting us know our options as well as his recommendation. He made sure we understood which aspects of the project would be weather-dependent and kept us up to date on his progress. Everything has been done to a great standard, left clean and tidy and he and his team were consistently polite and friendly.

We would highly recommend Si and his team from In the dry. They are absolutely brilliant at what they do and we are so happy with all the work they carried out. We had been putting a new roof off and unfortunately got a very serious leak in the bad weather. In the dry had replaced many of my neighbours roofs in recent years and they have all been very happy with the work so I had complete confidence to choose them. Noticed water coming in through the roof during heavy rain. I contacted several roofers with no reply. Simeon got back to me within a couple of days and arranged to look. He quickly identified the problem and sent a quote for repairs. Due to the ongoing rain over the winter, the work was delayed and the quote price changed, however Simeon was very transparent about this from the beginning. The guys were very polite and cleaned up any mess made throughout. I am very happy with the work and will use In the dry again if needed.
