  a proper reliable small local company who just know what they are doing and are professional

  Took over my alarm after moving in with no instructions and an awful experience with a larger company. They were prompt, organised, polite, did a quick assessment, replaced only what was needed to meet my requirements (a connected system with app and so on instead of older control panel), price seemed fair, work was done on time as agreed. Very professional. Then when I had a problem after service was cut, came round and sorted it with no charge (!) even though it took a while - even got my wife onto the app which she hadn't been registered on previously.

  Recent home visit and sensible quote

  A quick response to my request and site visit made within a few days. I asked that the original system was re used if possible and remained simple (advancing years). Alan and colleague managed to fit us in prior to Xmas and work completed within a couple of hours, a full description of new components necessary made and and no attempt at upselling. Thanks Invader we will certainly use your services again

  New alarm system fitted

  We recently had a new alarm system fitted by Alan and Kevin . We chose this company as we found them very knowledgeable and friendly with a competitive price . They also were able to fit quickly before a trip away . On installation day we were impressed with their good service and efficient work , we have had a minor problem since and they responded with in the same day and then returned to aid us more with a solution . We would highly recommend them and hope to have security cameras fitted in the new year that they recommend. In fact we have had a neighbour use them and also a friend since.

  Helpful, friendly, reliable

  Very friendly, quick quotation received, arrived on time to fit four cameras and a doorbell camera, it took less time than quoted, excellent workmanship.

  Alarm Installation

  Our new alarm installation was completed today by two very professional and competent young engineers who made an excellent job of the new installation and went to great pains to ensure that my wife and I were fully informed of how to use the new system set up in order to gain all of its benefits. The staff at their office were also very helpful and polite and easy to deal with from the point of our first inquiry through to the job completion. I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone who wants a job done well!
