Firstly thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear you had a bad experience regarding this matter.
In response to your first email, I did explain that it was due to the extreme temperature and direct sunlight that was facing the area in question and promised to rectify it once the temperature had gone back down again. I was eagerly waiting to hear back from you but I didn't get a reply.
It's a shame as I enjoyed working in your home and had no other problems whatsoever with every other room that I plastered in the house, you even expressed that you was happy with the work.
