Ionut was punctual and polite from when he first visited to assess the work and give a quote a few days later as promised. He explained what work was to be done. He arrived on time to carry out the work over a period of two days. He removed the lathe and plaster, bagged up the rubbish for disposal making sure that the dust didn't permeate beyond the room. He consulted me at every stage of the process from the boarding and then the skimming. I was very pleased with his considerate and efficient work following what was a very stressful situation for me. Even helped move some of my furniture.
