I was in hospital for 10 days and I advised the customer that I was. I worked one day in the house and I didn’t not charge a penny. I spent money on materials and this shall be at my loss.

I am upset to have received this feedback. The customer was at work when I did the works and when they came home they bought concerns to my attention. I said I was sorry and offered to come back and resolve the matter but the customer said that she did not want this. I tried to resolve the issues with the customer and to repair my mistake but sadly was not given the opportunity. I pride myself on my workmanship as you can see form all my other feedback's.
