  Troubleshooting house power outage and corrective action

  The house lost power late at night. I phoned first thing. Even though it was before official business house, they picked up. Due to the major inconvenience the outage was causing me they agreed to come around within the hour. On arrival they troubleshooted the problem, clearly communicated this to me and proposed the solution. Within two hours the power was back on in the house. No drama, no fuss and a clear and fair breakdown of charges.
